Becoming a member of an S&S Family Entertainment Center is a voluntary action on the part of the team member (employee), who may resign at any time, with or without cause.  Similarly, S&S may terminate the employment of the individual at any time, with or without cause, so long as termination does not violate any applicable federal or state law.  Simply stated, S&S and its team members enjoy a relationship based on mutual satisfaction.
